🐾 Refund & Health Policy – Best Puppies LLC

Best Puppies LLC is a licensed Dealer under the Missouri Animal Care Facilities Act (ACFA) and holds a valid Missouri Retail Sales License. Our operations are based in Missouri and regulated by the Missouri Department of Agriculture.

1. Sales Location & Governing Law

• All puppy sales are deemed to occur in Springfield, Missouri, regardless of the purchaser’s residence or delivery location.

• These sales are subject to and governed by Missouri law.

2. Refunds & Returns

• All sales are final. Puppies cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

• We do not and cannot guarantee the size, weight, or coat characteristics of a puppy as it matures.

3. Puppy Health & Records

• Each puppy is delivered in good health to the best of our knowledge, with all available vaccination and deworming records disclosed at the time of sale.

• Customers are encouraged to have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian promptly after delivery.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• The purchaser agrees to provide proper veterinary care, nutrition, and a safe environment for their puppy.

• The purchaser acknowledges responsibility for following the proactive steps outlined in the Puppy 101 Training provided, including how to minimize stress and ensure a smooth transition into the new home.

5. Out-of-State Purchasers

• Customers outside Missouri should be aware that some states (such as New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut) provide additional consumer protections known as “pet lemon laws.”

• These state laws may give buyers specific rights regarding veterinary care or remedies if a licensed veterinarian certifies a covered health condition within a limited time after purchase.

• While Best Puppies LLC conducts all sales under Missouri law, we will comply with any applicable consumer protection requirements in the purchaser’s state of residence.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Except as required by law, Best Puppies LLC makes no guarantees beyond what is stated here.

• By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
